Belgian Blonde Ale Update
Just kegged my first attempt at a Belgian Blonde Ale and it looks and smells amazing! SG 1.055, FG 1.004 ABV 6.89%. I brewed this July 23, 2016 and is the first beer to ferment in my ferment chamber, so I’m really excited to see that it is really working as well as it is! Now the kegs are in the keezer and I have put a blanket of gas on them and tomorrow I will start carbonating it.
I tried the some of the sample i pulled and it has a very clean dry taste to it and a very nice aroma. I really look forward to getting this on tap! I am very pleased with how this beer is coming along.
