Blackberry Wine Update
This Blackberry Wine was started Sept. 9, 2013
Melissa and I picked 9lbs of fresh wild blackberries from around the Tillicum area.
I took a gravity reading of the Blackberry wine today and it is still in active fermentation with a healthy amount of bubbles on the surface and a slow bubbling in the air lock.
So I have put a fresh airlock on and wrapped it up nice and warm We also had a sample of the wine and it is very nice, still on the sweet side but definitely coming along very well.
