Racking the Coopers Double IPA into the bottling bucket.
The test sample of the coopers double IPA, It fermented out very clean and is around 6.5% A.B.V.
The hops are incredibly floral, and citrusy and really shine through on this beer, I had a taste of the sample and the yeast I used worked outstanding leaving a crisp clean flavor, and the hop shots really comes through on this one with a noticeable bittering but not over powering.
After about an hour of bottling here is the end results.
Coopers Double IPA ready for storage for a couple weeks to bottle condition and carbonate.
