Brewing the Galaxy Amber Ale today for the second time was great, Duncan had to run to a meeting so I managed to sort out getting the kettle and sparge water up to it’s top tier without any real issue and we hit all the numbers! Definitely shaved it close on the final volume going into the fermenter (had maybe 2 liters of wiggle room). And were using Duncan’s spacious 15g Fermenter, plenty of head space and nearly impossible for me to smash on something
Windsor Yeast is pitched and now it is hiding in the closet to work it’s magic.
