I finally finished getting Brewer’s Friend all setup and my recipes adjusted/input to the program and cleaned up my brew log. I think I am now finally caught up with the back end work for my little brewery here haha, *next time I will not let the paper work slide so much, it’s hard to learn from mistakes if they are not properly documented*
Tomorrow’s brew will be a Fresh Hopped Ale using Vienna Malt and my home grown centennial hops. I was originally going for a SMaSH recipe with Vienna Malt but because I am using home grown hops I am tossing in a little Zeus Hops for a controlled bitter addition to balance out the recipe. Because I am using whole leaf hops I am going to bump up my total volume to compensate for the absorption of the hops.
