The two wines on the go will remain nameless at the moment because they are for the wedding however we have two batches on the go on the top shelf in the photo.
The nice part about all this brewing other then the fact I’m having a blast, is while I am doing all this brewing with Duncan. I have really been able to dial in my equipment and learn a lot more about the flow and setup of the brew day. As well as some advanced work with using brewers salts and maintaining a healthy PH for the mash.
This year BrewVic is making an advent calendar again because last year was such a huge success. I have a couple more brew days leading up to the wedding. Then I will be taking some time off to get married and spend time with family, and then I will be getting the winter warmer (yet to be determined) on the go.
